As a Human Resources / Workflow Manager at Henjes, Conner & Williams, PC in Dakota Dunes, SD, you will play a key role in overseeing the Human Resources function for our firm. You will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies and procedures, recruiting and onboarding new employees, administering employee benefit programs, developing and conducting training programs, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal labor laws.

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing workflow processes within the firm to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with our team members to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline our operations. You will guide the maintenance of a positive firm culture by ensuring clear communication of performance expectations and evaluations. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in helping us achieve our business goals.

An ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources management. Minimum educational qualification is a high school diploma. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be interacting with employees at all levels of the organization on a daily basis.
